Welcome to ANICADE TECH ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or participating in our Agent Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

ANICADE TECH is a technology and digital services business based in Kabwe, Zambia, providing web development, digital marketing, AI automation, design services, and premium digital products.

ANICADE TECH provides the following categories of services:

• Website & Digital Presence — design, development, hosting setup, and maintenance
• Advertising & Promotion — ad creative, account setup, landing pages, campaign management
• Premium Digital Products — lifetime app access, libraries, mod configurations
• Design & Branding — logos, brand kits, social graphics, custom visuals
• AI & Automation — chatbots, workflow automation, analytics dashboards

All services are rendered digitally and delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scope of work for each service is as described on our website at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (K) and are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of agreement.

• Payment is required upfront or as agreed via WhatsApp before work commences.
• Accepted payment methods include mobile money, bank transfer, and cash (Kabwe area).
• Invoices and receipts are issued on request.
• ANICADE TECH reserves the right to suspend or withhold deliverables until full payment is received.

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order via WhatsApp. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Complexity and scope of the project
• Timely provision of required content, assets, or information by the client
• Revision rounds requested beyond the standard scope

ANICADE TECH will not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete client briefs, late content delivery, or force majeure events.

Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

• ANICADE TECH is unable to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe
• A duplicate payment was made in error
• The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed brief with no reasonable resolution offered

All refund requests must be submitted to anicadetech@gmail.com within 7 days of the incident.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverable (e.g. website, logo, graphic). ANICADE TECH retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing
• Retain ownership of any code frameworks, templates, or tools used in production

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense deliverables as their own product or template without written consent from ANICADE TECH.

The ANICADE TECH Agent Programme allows independent individuals to earn commission by referring and closing sales of ANICADE TECH services. By applying and being accepted as an agent, you agree to the following:

• Commission Rate: Agents earn 15% of the net sale value for each successfully closed and paid deal.
• Bonus Tier: Top-performing agents may qualify for an additional +5% bonus at ANICADE TECH's discretion.
• Independent Status: Agents are independent contractors — not employees. No employment benefits, fixed salary, or guaranteed income is implied.
• Payment: Commission is paid out after the client's payment has been received and confirmed by ANICADE TECH.
• Conduct: Agents must represent ANICADE TECH professionally. Misrepresentation of services, false promises to clients, or unethical practices will result in immediate termination of the agent agreement.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the agent agreement at any time with no penalty, provided any outstanding commissions on closed deals are honoured.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANICADE TECH shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-party platform changes (e.g. social media, hosting providers) that affect deliverables after handover

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

ANICADE TECH is committed to protecting your personal information. This section explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Name, email, phone number, and location when you contact us or submit a form
• Messages and files shared via WhatsApp or email for service delivery purposes
• Agent application details submitted through our Agent Portal

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and support the services you have purchased
• To communicate with you about your order or application
• To improve our services and website
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

Data Storage

Your information is stored securely in our email and WhatsApp systems. We do not operate a database of client records beyond standard communication archives.

• You may request a copy of any data we hold on you

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
